If you decide to change your mind, we offer an Exchange, Gift Card (3-year expiry) or Refund on all purchases of Full Price items, returned via postage.
SALE ITEMS
If you decide to change your mind, we offer an Exchange or Gift Card (3-year expiry) on all purchases of Sales items. returned via postage within 30 days of receiving.
FINAL SALE
Item(s) marked with a Final Sale tag must be returned to our Online Warehouse within 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a Sculpture Athleisure Gift Card (3-year expiry). No change of mind Exchanges or Refunds on Final Sale.
HOW TO RETURN
RETURN TIMEFRAME
Allow 2 weeks for your parcel to be returned to us by courier. Once we receive your return parcel your request will be processed, and you will be sent an email confirmation. Refunds are processed back on to the original payment method. Sculpture Athleisure will not be held liable for lost in transit parcels returned with an alternative courier.
PERFORMANCE PROMISE
Every Sculpture Athleisure is performance tested by our team and fit tested for real life feedback. However, if something is not quite right, as our customer you have automatic guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act when goods are sold to you, one of which is that our Activewear is of acceptable quality, A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it does not work or appear as it should. If an item is faulty or not of acceptable quality you may be entitle to a credit, replacement, or refund.
